I worry about the ignorance and lack of information, because i believe, that if the people dont know, they cant take the rigth choices and grow up!!!

What's frustrated me? don't see results, see that all my work its not whort! watch people or things i rally care, lose them selves! BUT, what's gives me energy? The now thah I CAN make a difference if i still working, if i still trying to help, if i continue raising my voice!!

Introducing Josh from New Zealand

Energy. It's everywhere and everything. And we're destroying the planet with it and running out. I'm scared, but there is hope, and I think youth are the answer to the problem.

That's what really inspires me in AIESEC. If we can continue to build this network, to connect passionate youth around the world, we can solve these problems.

Another thing that inspires me is TED. The connection of brilliant minds, working at solving the worlds greatest problems is amazing, and I hope to make it to TED one day.

Finally, I care deeply about Human Rights and believe that strengthening of international law for the protection of human rights is crucial for us to fulfil our potential as a human society.

Today, I am in my final semester at University, and I hope to work full-time for AIESEC for several years when I am done. Until July this year I was LCP of AIESEC Auckland, an experience I treasure deeply.
